Our Wines

he wine is then stored in barrels to age, to mature, and, by doing so, give to the wine the delicate flavours and tastes of the soil and grape. The time allowed for ageing will depend on the particular needs and characteristics of each wine.
Bottling the wine at the Domaine ensures that all the efforts put into producing our fine wines is continued to the last moment. It is only after further periods of storage and maturing that our wines are finally ready to be distributed and tasted by our customers.

COTEAUX DU TRICASTIN :

Cuvée Laurine Blanc : A delicate blend of viognier and bourboulenc gives this wine a big aromatic flavour, and the addition of bourboulenc gives the wine a vivacity and maintains a long length in the mouth.

Tricastin Rosé Tradition : Blended from syrah and granache, this wine says everything of its grapes and flavours of the soil. Fruity and elegant with a hint of fine tannin.

Tricastin Rouge Tradition : Issu d’un assemblage de Syrah et de Grenache, c’est ici avant tout le terroir qui s’exprime au travers du fruit et de l’élégance de ses tanins fins.

Cuvée Emiliane : The grenache and syrah compliment each other to give this mature yet soft wine a depth of fruit flavours normally found in a more robust wine.

L’Excellence de Saint Luc : From old vines, and capturing all the passion of the wine-grower, this wine is made from a blend of viognier and syrah, giving it a truly memorable, distinctive flavour. This high-quality wine is produced in limited quantities.

COTES DU RHÔNE VILLAGES :

Village Rouge Tradition : From grapes grown on the hotter soils of the Cotes du Rhone, this wine is produced from syrah and grenache grapes, and reflects all the recognisable flavours of fruit and spice, as well as the soil of this area.

L’Escale Sérine : From grapes grown on the hotter soils of the Cotes du Rhone, this wine is produced from syrah and grenache grapes, and reflects all the recognisable flavours of fruit and spice, as well as the soil of this area.
